As we often discuss in the SHOOP | A PROFESSIONAL LAW CORPORATION blog entries, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has yet again established it's commitment to the public by organizing the first North America Consumer Product Safety Summit.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) hosted the First North America Consumer Product Safety Summit this month at CPSC Headquarters in Maryland.
The Summit provided a historic opportunity for product safety organizations and leaders in Canada, Mexico and the U.S. to discuss their shared perspectives for heightened consumer product safety cooperation among the countries. It will also provide the opportunity to discuss trilateral initiatives and develop an agenda for future engagement that reflects the three jurisdictions' shared product safety priorities and efforts to minimize injuries caused by defective products.
Take time out to visit the excellent website maintained by the CPSC and educate yourself with regard to dangerous products, product recalls and defective products. As always, if you have suffered personal injury as a result of any use or interaction with a defective product (a product with a defective design, a product with manufacturing defects or defective warnings), contact SHOOP | A PROFESSIONAL LAW CORPORATION today to speak with an experienced Los Angeles product liability attorney at (866) 884-1717.
