Dynabook Americas Recalls 15.5 Million Toshiba Laptop AC Adapters Due to Burn and Fire Hazards

The defect associated with these recalled adapters involves the potential for the units to overheat and spark, thereby posing obvious posing burn and fire hazards. The recalling firm is already in receipt of 679 reports from the field of these recalled AC adapters overheating or otherwise catching fire, burning and/or melting.
